[FRAMED] exists to shine light on Framestore’s most fascinating cast of characters: its people. Presented with a probing list of questions and a demandingly short deadline, this feature puts the hopes, dreams, and desktops of our MVPs on the digital wall, for all to see. Welcome to [FRAMED].

What are you guilty of?

Making memes about everyday things and my little sister.

What was your last brush with danger?

Fighting and running from street gangs.

Your last brush with greatness?

Attending a crew screening of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.

Your worst character fault?

Persistent… sometimes I’m like a dog with a bone.

Your most shining quality?

I’m a quick learner.

You’re on the run from the law, where are you headed?

An internet cafe. Nowadays, no one goes there.

Who’s your partner-in-crime?

My friends and siblings.

Fantasy cellmate?

Deadpool.

Your greatest achievement?

Creating amazing films!

Most valuable skill?

I’m super quick at solving problems. Sometimes, I solve it before finding the cause of it.

Go on, say something bragging:

I am a good writer. Some people say my articles were life-changing for them.

Name your vice/pet peeve?

People who repeat themselves.

The DREAM project would entail:

A live-action adaptation of the Naruto series.

Your career highlight to date:

Working on Fantastic Beats: The Secrets of Dumbledore as I’m a Potterhead.

This week I learnt that:

I can be a software developer without knowing how a web server works.

What’s your current view?

Credits to David Palanchon for taking this beautiful picture.

Give us a desk tour!

Usual stuff… desktop, mouse, keyboard and books.

What do you need to work on the daily?

Coffee in the morning. And another one if production asks for an update.

Framestore is, to you, in three words:

Creativity, collaboration, trust.

Best thing about your work environment?

Flexibility.

Framestore is great at:

Creating awesome images.

Favourite artform?

Film.

Favourite image?

Morning in a Pine Forest by Ivan Shishkin.

Fictional character you’d like to hang with?

Rocket, The Guardians of the Galaxy.

Happiness looks like:

At home, eating mom’s food and teasing my sisters with my father while reading a book.

If not here, then where?

Running or hurting myself unintentionally.

What do you think of too often?

How to make the FX for Naruto.

And not enough?

How to be a responsible adult.

Couldn’t live without:

Memes.

If you ruled the world:

I’d make a live-action Naruto series.

Tumurtogtokh Davaakhuu, you’ve been [FRAMED].
