[FRAMED] exists to shine light on Framestore’s most fascinating cast of characters: its people. Presented with a probing list of questions and a demandingly short deadline, this feature puts the hopes, dreams, and desktops of our MVPs on the digital wall, for all to see. Welcome to [FRAMED].

What are you guilty of?

I am guilty of ignoring my fitness.

What was your last brush with danger?

Hanging out with the wrong kind of people. I am just glad to not be a part of that danger anymore.

Your last brush with greatness?

I am grateful for all the things that life has offered me!

Your worst character fault?

Overthinking and underestimating myself unnecessarily.

If you had taken a different path, what would you be doing now?

I would have either been an Astronaut and travelled through space or I would have been a Voyager.

You’re on the run from the law, where are you headed?

I would definitely go on a world tour!

Who’s your partner-in-crime?

My life partner.

What’s your favourite movie/TV show and why?

My all-time favourite movie series is Harry Potter — It made me believe in the magical world, showed me the power of true love, friendship and family and taught me valuable life lessons.

Your greatest achievement?

I have always tried to do new things and step out of my comfort zone. And despite all the failures I encountered along the way — I still continue to do so.

Most valuable skill?

I face challenges with a peaceful mind and a positive attitude.

Go on, say something bragging:

I feel proud to have gone on a solo trip to Singapore, Malaysia and Bali — The best experience of my life so far. And I also love cooking and trying out new recipes.

Name your vice/pet peeve?

People who interrupt and people who talk while watching movies in the theatre.

The DREAM project would entail:

I would love to work as a VFX Supervisor with my teammates on a blockbuster movie.

Your career highlight to date:

Getting to work on fabulous projects like Avengers: Endgame, Captain Marvel, Guardians of the Galaxy, Doctor Strange and so many more will always be at the top of my career highlights.

This week I learnt that:

I am capable of guiding and helping others in my workplace.

What’s your current view?

Currently, on my right window, I can see Mumbai’s lifeline i.e. the local trains passing through with a beautiful sunset in the background.

Give us a desk tour!

I have a neat and clean desk with some props like Baby Groot, three pyramids and a silver frame of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Laxmi. You will also see a Wacom, earphones and a notebook.

What do you need to work on the daily?

I need to listen to my favourite tracks while working and a cup of tea works well too!

Framestore is, to you, in three words:

Innovative, inspirational and fun.

Best thing about your work environment?

Mutual respect for each other and working well together as a team.

Framestore is great at:

Appreciating their employees, arranging fantastic group activities related to arts, sports etc and also throwing grand parties!

Favourite artform?

I am excited to make short films someday.

Favourite image?

London Tower bridge — one of my favourite places to visit!

Fictional character you’d like to hang with?

Doctor Strange — I would love to time travel with him so that I can go meet my mom!

Happiness looks like:

Walking barefoot on a beach on a beautiful island while watching the sunset and feeling the breeze.

If not here, then where?

Somewhere in Canada.

What do you think of too often?

How can I improve myself to be a better person!

And not enough?

I don’t bother about what people think about me.

Couldn’t live without:

My family and self-motivation.

If you ruled the world:

I would make sure that there is peace maintained across all countries, religions and beliefs around the world.
