[FRAMED] exists to shine light on Framestore’s most fascinating cast of characters: its people. Presented with a probing list of questions and a demandingly short deadline, this feature puts the hopes, dreams, and desktops of our MVPs on the digital wall, for all to see. Welcome to [FRAMED].

What are you guilty of?

Being too hard on myself if I get something wrong.

What was your last brush with danger?

I purposefully don’t put myself in any dangerous situation because I’m terrified of hurting myself.

Your last brush with greatness?

I recently managed to run 10k. It wasn’t a race or anything but was a big achievement nonetheless!

Your worst character fault?

Probably that I think I’m way funnier than I actually am.

If you had taken a different path, what would you be doing now?

For quite a while, I wanted to be a sound mixer for commercials. I’m not sure I’m cut out to work alone that much though.

You’re on the run from the law, where are you headed?

Probably Jamaica as my dad’s from there. Also, hiding out on the beach doesn’t seem so bad.

Who’s your partner-in-crime?

My best friend/housemate. We definitely get ourselves into trouble sometimes.

Fantasy cellmate?

Maybe Jonah Hill? He seems like a chill guy and I think we’d have some good chats.

Your greatest achievement?

Probably getting my degree. That was hard work.

Go on, say something bragging:

I can have a conversation with almost anyone.

Name your vice/pet peeve?

I have a real thing about loud eaters.

The DREAM project would entail:

LEONARDO DICAPRIO! I have a tattoo of him on my forearm. I love him and think he’s the best actor of our generation.

Your career highlight to date:

It would have to be working with Ridley Scott on a commercial for Hennessy.

This week I learnt that:

Learning to play the harmonica is actually really difficult.

What’s your current view?

In the office, my view would be of all the riggers and trackers — they’re a lively bunch!

Give us a desk tour:

Well, I always have my personalised Love Island water bottle and Framestore keep cup to hand. I also have a few pictures from the Christmas party up.

What do you need to work, on the daily?

A cuppa in the morning!

Framestore is, to you, in three words:

Supportive, Innovative, Fun!

Best thing about your work environment?

Being around such talented people. They inspire me every day.

Framestore is great at:

Looking out for their employees and bringing out the best in us.

Favourite art form?

Definitely music. I love music.

Fictional character you’d like to hang with?

The fictional Japanese British musician Noodle from Gorillaz. She seems like a fun time.

Happiness looks like:

A cold pint of beer on a hotel balcony.

If not here, then where?

Well, sometimes I fantasise about being a world touring DJ.

What do you think of too often?

Probably Manchester United and how they’re getting on in the league.

Couldn’t live without:

My phone annoyingly. It’s my biggest vice.

How are you staying inspired by working remotely?

I’m just trying to keep to a good routine and making sure I practice new talents, like learning the harmonica!

How are you spending your weekends?

If the weather’s nice, outside in the garden. Otherwise, I definitely play way too much Animal Crossing.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned about yourself during quarantine?

That I’m actually a lot more disciplined and motivated than I thought I was.

If you ruled the world:

Hopefully everyone would be happy.

Georgia Cook, you’ve been [FRAMED].
